After celebrating a decade of success, Youthink, in its eighteenth edition, aims to surpass all its previous milestones while adding to its legacy with Volume XVIII: Awakening. The journal comprises celebrity interviews, articles from industry experts, research papers and student articles that enhance its edition every year.

About Youthink

In the course of our life's journey, a pivotal moment unfolds—a profound revelation that becomes a catalyst, reshaping our perspectives and igniting a journey of self-discovery. During this unfolding, we strive to comprehend the intricate threads woven into our existence, fostering personal growth and a profound connection with the universe. On that note, we would like to introduce the theme of the eighteenth edition of Youthink - Awakening.

Aims and Scope

Youthink is an exclusive platform dedicated to fostering the exchange of contemporary management practices and research related to economics, international affairs, pressing societal issues and sports, among students and distinguished academicians globally. The peer-reviewed journal welcomes contributions from students and esteemed academicians, offering a unique blend of insights into business practices. By maintaining a practical orientation, Youthink bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world application, providing a valuable resource for aspiring business leaders.

ABOUT XCS

Since its very inception in 2006, The Xavier's Commerce Society has strived for the progress and intellectual mastery of every undergraduate commerce student within the college, aiming to provide the students exposure to the industry and thereby helping them hone their inherent skills. By organizing holistic events throughout the academic year, which focuses on all aspects of modern-day management, the Society ensures that every student is taught practical lessons as it believes that education should transcend academic books.

The motto of Xavier's Commerce Society is 'Dreams. Development. Destiny'. Dreams symbolize the aspirations and desires of a person. Development stands for the process of gradual advancement from the stage of aspiration to the stage of fulfillment of one's dreams. Destiny refers to that enigmatic force which controls an individual's future.
